I know your pain working with a vet that is not in tune. If you can share I would be interested in the insulin numbers at the start and currently.

“Definitely no over cleaning- he’s only had two bathes with soap in the last month. I’m pretty judicious about using soap on my guys.

This is not at all helpful but an amusing irony. Here in the UK the SBM is excellent quality, easily available and as “cheap as chips” (fries). It’s imported from the USA!
